• Board of Director Registration
  This registration type is for members of the Board of Directors of AAPLOG, and guests who have been invited by the Board of Directors
• Entire Conference WITHOUT LODGING – $550.00
  This package includes all conference events and meals for Saturday and Sunday, but NO HOTEL.
  Included in the meals are Saturday morning break, lunch, afternoon break, dinner with speaker and reception, Sunday breakfast, Sunday morning break, lunch and Sunday afternoon break.
• Package 1. Saturday CME Conference with Dinner and Reception – $300.00
  This package includes all the events and meals for Saturday February 21:
  All CME lectures
  morning breaks, lunch, afternoon breaks, dinner and keynote speaker and reception
• Package 2. Saturday CME Conference only- no dinner or reception – $250.00
  This package includes all the CME meeting speakers, morning breaks, lunch and afternoon breaks.
• Package 3. Saturday Evening Dinner and Reception – $100.00
  This package includes Saturday evening dinner, keynote speaker and reception to follow.
• Package 4. Sunday workshops and meals – $250.00
  This package includes Sunday breakfast, morning research presentations, breaks, lunch with speaker and afternoon workshops.
